Have you heard about Agile and Scrum, but haven’t had the chance to work with such a process? Perhaps your company uses these product development methodologies and you’d like to learn how others are doing it. Maybe you’re just wondering what the heck Agile is and what’s the difference between Agile and Scrum. Come learn from a teacher and a master practitioner.

Mr. Anand will provide a quick overview of the Agile Manifesto, its values and principles, and connect the dots between Agile and Scrum. You will get to know the different practices, roles and meetings that make up the Scrum framework. You can play an interactive simulation game that demonstrates the mechanics and advantages of using the Scrum methodology for product development. There will be a debrief and interactive discussion after the game.
